Settling is an ugly, depressing word.

We once settled out of court with an unhappy client. This person sued the business we owned for something we did not do, and we had video evidence that they were lying!

Our lawyer told us we could go to court, fight this and win but it will cost a minimum of five thousand dollars. That was a lot of time and money to fight something we were innocent of.

How could the Journey be more important than the Finish? The end of the race is where you get to win, receive a trophy and get recognized for your accomplishments.
