The Real Enemy is how you deal with the Fear, Stress, and Anxiety that Pain produces.
Whether it’s physical or mental pain, most of us are taught to run from it, and to search for a cure at any cost.

Blind Leading the Blind
I was a terrible student in High School, and for the few college courses I took.
School always felt like the Blind leading the Blind.
For the most part, I was taught Theory from a teacher who had never done what they were teaching. They were highly educated and had a tremendous amount of knowledge about their subject.
Many of the students flourished in this system, but I crashed and burned.
