We are unconsciously pre-planning the murder of our goals because of our unrealistic expectations.

Obstacles
One of my favorite Twilight Zone episodes was about a mobster who died and went to his eternal resting place. It was a wonderful place, everything he ever wished for and wanted. He played poker and won every hand. Every woman desired him. At first, this was a dream come true, but he started to hate his new home after some time. In the end, he confessed to the keeper that he did not like Heaven after all. He requested to try hell instead, and his keeper replied…this is HELL!
