Tools or Toys
The salesman was trying to sell me a
new phone, and he spent time telling me how much fun it would be and all the
games that were available. I had to stop and tell him I needed a Tool not a
Toy!
I wanted a phone to help me reach my goals, become more

Can You Be Counted On?
A number of years ago I started a new
position with a media group. One of my new co-workers could not be counted
on…He was never available!
This became a major problem really quick. The sales team
would create schedules with their clients only to have to continually push
those deadlines because one person never got the job done.
