Once a month I would have a max lift work out (put as much weight on the bar as possible to do 1 rep). These were “Test” days to see if the work being put in paid off. My boss came to my house at 6am to Fire me in person! He said I kept throwing newspapers to the wrong homes and there were too many complaints.
