I accepted my first job as a civilian in 1990 as an outside salesperson.
There is no way to describe to you how bad of an employee I was.
If companies handed out awards for last place my picture and name would have been what the award was named after!
That all changed when the company I worked for hired a trainer named Gregorio.
Within 6 months of working with Gregorio, my pitiful excuse of a career went from Last to First!
You are ONE move away from changing your life drastically.

After going just 4-12 in 1998, the Rams went from Last to First on a magical run to the Super Bowl in 1999.
They brought in Kurt Warner as a backup QB, who became the leader of what was to become known as “The Greatest Show on Turf.”
He would lead the team to a 13-3 record and a win over the Tennessee Titans in Super Bowl XXXIV.
This is all AFTER he spent many years bagging groceries to provide for his family!
The rams were ONE move away from changing their Destiny.
The 2013 Kansas City Chiefs did it when they brought in Andy Reid as their new Head Coach.
The first season as The team’s head coach, he took a 2-14 team to an 11-5 season!
The New England Patriots dynasty began in 2001 when Tom Brady took over as Quarter Back and led the Patriots to an 11-5 record.
Like Hollywood or a Sports Team, YOU can create a Cinderella Story!
To go From Last to First, you MUST do these things:
1. Find a Great Coach/Mentor. Whether it’s an Andy Reid or like Gregorio did with me, it is a non-negotiable principle.
2. Draft your Team well. You decide who you surround yourself with. Those who will Help you or Hurt you. Anchors or Sails?
3. You Must be the MVP of your team. Work on and develop your skills every day. Be the Leader in your Huddle (Work) and set the standard.
You can go from Last to First this year by following these 3 things.
