Here are the three most common types of People/Tools:
1. The Weekend Warrior: They have no idea what Tool (Purpose) they are or what the Tool was created to fix (Passion). These people wander through life unfulfilled. They start many projects but rarely finish because they become so discontent doing what they are doing. This type of person is using a Hammer to unscrew a bolt. It can be done, but it will cause so much frustration and loss of time that most will quit. They are 70% of the population according to Gallop.
2. The Handy Man: They understand how to use every Tool and what each Tool is best used to fix. The problem is they refuse to submit completely to their Calling. This group will make it rain at times with their life results, but just as often they will end up in mediocrity. At times, The Handy Man thinks they know better than their Purpose & Passion. This group represents 20% of the population.
3. The Master Craftsman: This small but powerful group produces over 70% of the results of the entire population! They not only know what type of Tool they are and what the Tool is supposed to be used for BUT they have completely devoted their lives to their calling! This group cannot be STOPPED. They are the ones Changing the World!
