TV, News, Social Media, and your Phone – they are comfort zones and are designed to addict you to Drama and cause Division within your relationships. They are GREAT at keeping you in fear and stationary.
Excuses, Whining, Blaming, Complaining, Rationalizing and Gossip – these are Success Suicide by Over Dosing on why you can’t! They create a weak, undisciplined and entitled mentality that keeps you in the Terrible Twos for the rest of your life.
Lack of Exercise, Poor Diet and Sleep Habits – They will rob you of your Energy, Confidence, and Momentum. These will destroy your work ethic and attitude.
