I watched a water buffalo, on Discovery Channel, do something amazing…He ignored the Herd! A small pack of lions was chasing this huge herd of water buffalo when one of them stopped and faced the lions!
The herd kept running full speed ahead allowing fear to drive them into believing they could out run a lion!
One of them stopped running and Ignored the herd. He turned and faced the Lions! This water buffalo went against every instinct and learned behavior passed down since the dawn of Creation.
The herd does not offer you safety; it only offers you the chance to quit living while hiding among the walking dead!
This water buffalo finally got sick and tired of being a coward and a quitter! He Ignored the Herd Mentality and faced that which he was afraid of… All Alone!
You cannot be successful listening to and following the Herd.
Success, Opportunity, Freedom, Glory and your Destiney are all found outside the Herd. They can only be found once you Ignore the Herd and stand to face alone that which scares you.
Fight the fear that you have learned and the instinct to flee that the Herd has infected you with by stepping out from among them.
They have NOTHING to offer you except to become one of the Walking Dead.
To follow your Passion and Dreams, you will have to Ignore the Herd. Gird yourself up because once you take your stand, you will eventually fail. Understand this is great news since failure is the genesis of your future success!
Today’s Failures become the fertilizer of your future harvest.
Once you Ignore the Herd and take your stand, you will see that the Lions that you once feared are not as strong as they appeared!
