What’s in your Head? What are you thinking about? If what we are thinking about would show up on a screen above our heads all day long, would we be embarrassed or excited?
My Pastor always used to tell us, “Think about what you’re Thinking about!”
We tend to let our minds wander and go wherever our desires take it. That’s like letting a two year old child do whatever he/she desires. At some point you raise up a spoiled undisciplined adult!
This is what happens to our thoughts when we let them run amok. At some point we allowed our minds to create these thought routines and now we don’t even now we are doing it.
Your mind is just like a muscle, if you do not work it out and discipline it, then it becomes out of shape. Once this happens, you will end up with a spoiled undisciplined mind that will demand control and direction of your life!
Your life is determined by what’s in our head! You have already decided what kind of life you want by what you decided to think.
To change the direction of your life you must change the direction of your thoughts. That means you have to discipline a mind that has been allowed to do whatever it wants when it wants.
It will be hard at first but worth every battle!
Start by changing what you are putting into your head. Change what you watch, read, listen to and hang around with.
