Pretend for a moment that I just offered you 5 Million dollars to show up to work early every day, that you show excitement to be there, and that you work hard each day for a year. Would you and could you do it?

And the answer is…Your job is not important to you! When we changed your job by adding 5 million all of a sudden it became Important to you. Here is the best part, YOU control what is Important and what is NOT!
Your job is not Important to you because YOU decided it is NOT! Your boss, what you make, where you work, how accepted you feel, what you do, and whether or not you have a parking space do NOT decide if your job is Important.
If you want to be a part of the 20% who like doing what they are doing or the 10% who love doing what they are doing, then find a way to MAKE IT IMPORTANT!

I had to make my health Important, so I focused on what that meant to me:
More time with my family! See my future Grandchildren! Feel better! Less medications and complications! More energy! Better attitude! More confidence! Live longer! Sleep Better!
I made my health Important by focusing on all that was Important to me!
You can do the same with your Job. Focus on all that your company, product, and service are doing well. Focus on how you are helping people and changing lives. Make a list of all of these things and add to them every day.
